This website provides property information and a tenant and management portal for Melrose residents and management.

Information in the portal

The portal stores room and administrator accounts, tenancy and contact details, applications, move-in and move-out information, payment records, letters, lease documents, private ID uploads, maintenance reports, messages and account security records. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unrelated to a maintenance issue.

Who can see a report

Residents can view reports submitted under their current room allocation. Management can view these records to administer the residence. Residents can access only their own current tenancy. ID copies and documents are stored privately and downloaded through authenticated requests. Administrator access and record changes are logged. An applicant’s private access code protects their application status and payment instructions. The portal uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Login attempts are recorded for abuse prevention.

Hosting and other services

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Using an email link opens your configured email app. M-Pesa payments are made separately and verified by management. The embedded Google Map connects to Google when it loads; Google may receive your IP address and browser information under its own privacy terms. Clicking WhatsApp or a Maps directions link opens that separate service. Melrose does not add advertising trackers.
